LAREDO, TX – The Phone Up Studios, Inc. today announced that Felipe Vasquez has formally stepped down from his position as President, effective December 31, 2025. Mr. Vasquez will continue in his roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, maintaining strategic oversight and leading the company’s executive direction.
This transition is part of a planned realignment to streamline the company’s leadership structure, optimize operational workflows, and reinforce long-term growth objectives. Under Mr. Vasquez’s continued guidance as CEO and Chairman, the company remains focused on advancing key initiatives across entertainment, technology, and media sectors.
